This year I want to have a healthier Valentine’s Holiday. I don’t want to binge on chocolates and candies like I have done every other Valentine’s Day in my life. So, I wanted to celebrate my making myself delicious smoothies this year as a treat instead.
I figured that I would make the smoothies either pink or red to keep the Valentine’s spirit. I’ve started trying a powder called RightSize Smoothie for weightloss (since it is a new year). So far I have been using it for a few days and I can already feel a difference. I actually like this product and trust that it works. The best part is that it even tastes good!
These are some of my favorite recipes and I hope you give them a try as well!
Berry Man-I-Low
- 1 scoop RightSize Slend-A-Berry
- 6 ounces light apple juice
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup ice
Creamy Berry
- 1 scoop RightSize Slend-A-Berry
- 4 ounces of fat free milk
- 1/3 cup fat free blueberry yogurt
- 1 cup ice
Raspberry Crush
- 1 scoop RightSize Slend-A-Berry
- 6 ounces fat free milk
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 cup ice
Strawberries N’ Cream
- 1 scoop RightSize Skinni Vanilla
- 6 ounces fat free milk
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup ice
Tropical Strawberry
- 1 scoop RightSize Slend-A-Berry
- 6 ounces light orange juice
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberry
